1. What format is best for me?
In theory all screens will do the job of one another
4:3 is ‘old style’ TV format
16:9 is modern and future widescreen format.
It all depends on personal choice & how you set up your projector… and the physical demands of your projector.
Examples:
our 4:3 screens can be lowered just to show a 16:9 screen
or
a 16:9 screen could display a 4:3 picture in the middle with blank bars left and right or you could display filling the whole screen and lose some of the picture from the top and bottom.
There are many articles and discussions on the subject,

When selecting a front projection surface, consider several key factors: The quality of image which the human eye perceives is primarily a function of gain, contrast, Resolution and uniformity..
1.1. Gain
A relative measure of a screen's reflectivity.
1.2. Contrast
The ability to accurately reproduce and differentiate light and dark characters and backgrounds, or light and dark areas of an image.
1.3. Resolution
The clarity of the projected image.
1.4. Uniformity
The screen's performance when viewed from various points off the projection axis (both horizontally and vertically), and when the brightness of the center of the image is compared to the corners.
2. MW = Matt White
This has a typical GAIN of 0.9-1.0
Matt white vinyl reflective surface diffuses projected light in all directions, so image can be seen from any angle. MW provides accurate colour rendition as well as superior clarity. Recommended for use with all high light output projection devices. Requires control of ambient light in the audience area. .
Best for:
Purists as you will get a perfect rendition of colours. If you have a DARK viewing room or a bright projector then this is for you!
Care and Maintenance: Clean surface with a solution of mild dishwashing liquid diluted with warm water. Sponge the surface, rinse with clear water and blot dry. Do not use cleaning solvents or abrasives.
3. GB = Glass Beaded
This has a typical GAIN 2.4
Spherical glass beads embedded in surface provide brighter on-axis viewing than matt white, within a narrower viewing cone. All glass beaded surfaces have some loss of clarity and perform best with smaller projectors.
GB screens will slightly alter the purity of the colours displayed… and will have ‘sweet spots’ where the picture is at its premium… the picture at other viewing angles can appear slightly darker (yet still lighter that a MW screen)
HOWEVER, The increased perceived brightness of the image is almost always worth the payoff. If you have natural light in your viewing room or if you have a lower brightness projector like LCD, then go for a GB screen.
Care and Maintenance: Clean surface with a very soft brush or cloth and carefully dust the surface. Do not use soap, water, solvents or abrasives.
Our recommendation:
GB screens are more ‘practical’ and give an excellent involving picture.
4. How does the remote work?
There are 2 remote controls. One of them is on the power cable and can
be hung on the wall next to the screen or on some other place of your
choice.
Second remote is an RF controller is superior to Infra Red. RF control can
control the unit without being pointed directly at the unit. The unit can
even be 'built in' and the RF still control it!
The Remote has 3 buttons similar to the previous one. Buttons are "UP",
"STOP",
"DOWN".
4.1.
How to reset Remote Control if it doesn't work?
We have prepared detailed manual how to reset your remote control after changing batteries or if you got new one as replacement. You can download it here: remote guide manual in PDF
5. How do Install it and wire it?
It's really easy. All you have to do is to hang the screen on the wall
on 2 screws. No complicated wiring is necessary
Just plug into power outlet and you are ready to watch
your favourite movie!
6. Is it possible to alter the distance the screen drops?
Yes, there are 2 screws on the side of the screen housing as shown on
the picture. You can set the lower and highest point where the screen
will automatically stop simply by tightening the screws.
